RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If a user has made a payment to TINC regarding consultation, then once a payment is made a user is not eligible for refund. A user can either choose to pause the consultation for a maximum of 30 days or transfer the remaining period to their friend or family of the consultation without any transfer charge.

If a user wishes to pause the consultation and does not respond within 30 days, the consultation period will resume thereafter.

Any requests after that would not be eligible for refund.
